“ Great food and great atmosphere. Fire place with local customers gave a real New England effect. Definitely will be back. ”
“ We were told this place had good prices and good food. It is mainly seafood but does have a few other options if you're not a seafood fan. We started with the Mexican dip! It was very good, with lots of beans and hots with a sour cream dollop! Then my fiancé had the turkey club on a croissant and he really enjoyed it. Then I got the grilled ham and cheese, that was grilled to perfection. It was delicious, and had real ham, like you serve at Easter. The service was very good and efficient, and Ben if their set up is a bit strange. A nice big bar wraps around the front area, then there's a few booths and many tables. The ambiance was old fishing town and coastal looks. I don't think I'd go back just because I'm not a seafood fan, but my fiancé really enjoyed it, and if you love seafood they have some great great deals and specials every day! Check them out! ”
“ Absolutely positively the BEST mussels in the world! The broth is authentic Belgian style and the mussels are fresh and delicious Friendly service as well ”
“ We stopped in for lunch and found the ambience to be cafeteria like. However the service was excellent, and the food was terrific. My husband ordered fish and chips and said it was the best fish and chips he had ever had, which is saying a lot because we live in New England. My fish sandwich was fine and the price was fair. We would definitely return. ”
“ Excellent good basic food at very reasonable prices. Staff great and knowledgeable Fresh fish was excellent nice frost beer mugs perfect ”
“ Another good lunch. Quick, friendly service. Nice roomy restaurant, we sat inside to take advantage of the air conditioning. We had a large wooden booth near the window. Started with New England clam chowder. Hot, buttery, creamy and full of clams. Fried clams were so light & fresh tasting, so good! And the scallop salad was excellent with ranch dressing on the side. There were 6 good size, seared scallops, very tender and sweet! It was a great lunch! ”
“ It was a great spot for lunch . The decor was fun . We enjoyed most of our food the haddock chowder was amazing. We were a little disappointed with the fish of the day sandwich. Our server was friendly and helpful we had a problem with the server runner team when the food got dropped the server was busy elsewhere and by the time he came back if we had waited everything would have been cold so that is an area that needs to be addressed. ”
“ We've been here twice now, and it's been fabulous! Fried seafood, burgers and salads. So reliable! We'll definitely keep them in our minds every time we visit! ”
“ Our go to place when we come up every year, never disappoints. Whether we are eating in or picking up takeout the food always come out quickly and hot. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It's a little on the loud side sometimes, but not overwhelming loud. The burger is big and tasty, and the fries are delicious, rustic cut potato's just cooked in oil, just the way I like them. ”
“ Fun seafood sports bar in Wells, large parking lot. Our group of 5 arrived around 645 and were lucky to grab a table near the bar... since NEw England Patriots had a game at 8pm that night. Since our table was pushed up the bar a bartender was are server. They were busy so they all seemed distracted and not friendly. Enjoyed their pale ale beer in a large icy cold mug. I loved their mixed green large salad with s skewer of grilled shrimp added on. Homemade dressing was delicious too. I tried a few jerk chicken wings, very nice sauce on these bad boys. ”
